Insurance & Payment

The purpose of Best Acupuncture is to help as many people as possible in their quest for optimum health and to educate them about the benefits of Oriental Medicine so they may, in turn, educate others.

0837We do not accept or bill insurance.  However, we can provide documentation you submit directly to your insurance provider, which in turn may reimburse you directly.  Approximately, thirty-percent (30%) of insurances now provide coverage for Acupuncture.  Please contact your insurance provider to find out what types of Acupuncture services are included in your policy.

It is our goal to make Acupuncture accessible to all people regardless of their financial situation.  If you would like information regarding payment options, please call our office at 704-655-8298 or email info@bestacupuncture.com.

You may also explore the use of a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Saving Account (HSA) or a Cafeteria Plan provided by your employer, which allows you to use pre-tax dollars toward eligible medical expenses not covered by your insurance plan.  If you are not sure, contact your Human Resources director for more information.

Payment is due upon services rendered.  We accept Visa, Master Card, personal checks and cash.  Gift certificates are available in any denomination by calling our office at 704-655-8298.
